Birth Time Lab is operated by JOAO VINICIUS CARVALHO LAMARCA VITRAL, sole proprietor (empresário individual) registered in Brazil, trading as Birth Time Lab (tax ID CNPJ 48.731.226/0001-99), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. By buying or using the service you agree to these terms.

We produce a personal astrological report that estimates a most likely birth-time window from the date, place, time range and dated life events you give us. Software calculates and scores candidate charts, and a human astrologer reviews the result before it is sent to you.

• Astrology is a symbolic practice, not a science.
• The report gives the most consistent window for the events you share. It is not a certified birth time and does not replace your official birth record.
• We do not forecast illness, death or accidents, and nothing here is medical, legal or financial advice.
• Results depend on what you tell us. Fewer or less precise events give a wider window and lower confidence, and the report says so.

You must be 18 or older. At checkout you confirm this and that you understand the result is a probable window.

The price is US$ 79 for one report for one person, paid once through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, including any tax we are required to collect, in the currency of your market. There is no subscription.

We send your report by email within 3 business days after payment, as a PDF and a private web page. If we are late, we will tell you, and you choose between receiving the report within 24 hours or a full refund.

Full refund until processing starts. After that, we redo your report once at no cost. If your confidence comes out Low and you ask within 14 days, we refund you in full. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page.

United Kingdom: if you buy from the UK, you agree at checkout that we start work on your report straight away and you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the report is delivered. This does not limit the refunds above.

The report is for your personal use. You may share it with friends, family or your own astrologer. You may not resell it or present it as an official document.

You are responsible for the information you provide. Please leave out health details: we do not need them and do not ask for them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided for personal reflection. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy is the one that applies to your order. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
