FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Astrology is a symbolic practice, not a science. Your report gives the most consistent birth-time window for the events you share. It is not a certified birth time.

What is birth time rectification?

works backwards from your life. You give us dated events, such as a move, a marriage or a new job. We build a chart for each in your range and score how well each one lines up with those dates. The time whose chart fits best becomes your .

Will you tell me the minute I was born?

No, and nobody honestly can. You get a most likely window, usually a few minutes wide, the evidence behind it and a (Low, Moderate or High) with the rule that produced it. It is not a certified birth time and does not replace your birth record.

I only know the day. Can you still help?

Yes. We test the whole day. The window will be wider and the confidence lower, and the report says so. The price stays the same.

What if I have no idea what time I was born?

You can still start. Give us the widest range you are willing to consider, even a full day. A wider range and fewer dated events mean a wider window and lower confidence. Our free range check shows how many fit your range before you pay anything.

How many events do I need?

At least 4, up to 20. Eight or more with full dates works best. Fewer still works, with a wider window.

Which events can I add?

Nine kinds of turning point: moving city or country, marriage or a long-term partner, separation or divorce, a child born, graduation, a new job or business, job loss or a career setback, the death of someone close, and any other turning point. A month is fine when you don't have the day. We don't ask for health details and there is no free-text field for them.

What is the held-back check?

About 30% of your events are kept out of the scoring. After we pick a window, we test it against those events. If most of them match, the confidence goes up. If they don't, it goes down, and the report tells you so.

Is this a computer or a person?

Both. Software casts and scores the charts. An astrologer reviews the result and the notes before anything is sent.

How long does it take?

Your report arrives by email within 3 business days after payment, as a PDF and a private web page. If we are late, you choose between receiving it within 24 hours or a full refund.

What if my confidence comes out low?

Sometimes events can't separate two windows clearly. That isn't a failure, it's what the evidence shows, and the report says so and shows the two best candidates. You can add more events once at no cost, or ask for a full refund within 14 days.

How much does it cost in the UK?

£59 including VAT, one payment, no subscription, once UK orders open. We're finishing UK tax registration first: the UK page shows whether orders are open, and you can leave your email there to hear from us once when they do. Full refund until processing starts. After that, we redo your report once at no cost. If your confidence comes out Low and you ask within 14 days, we refund you in full.

What happens to my data?

It is used only for your report. We keep it for 12 months after delivery, and you can ask us to delete it sooner. We never ask for health details.

Is astrology a science?

No. It is a symbolic practice. Rectification gives you the most consistent window within that practice, not a scientific fact.

Can I use the result for official documents?

No. A rectified window is for astrological work only. For legal or medical purposes, use your official birth record.

My birth certificate doesn't show the time. Is that normal?

In England and Wales, yes: the time is usually recorded only for twins and other multiple births. In Scotland, the full extract of the birth entry includes it. Our UK guide lists other places to look before you start.
